As a new component to provincial team participation, this past Saturday the sailing team got their butts kicked by the Sport for Life Performance Center training staff during baseline fitness testing! Great work done by all, and we can’t wait to get back into the gym in October to see how much we have improved.
The 2018 season is around the corner and we are excited to hit the water. As part of our pre-season prep the sailing team and parents got to sit down with registered dietitian Michelle Leaf for some updated competition and hydration information.
