The weekend June 11/12 started with sunny conditions and 8-10 knots of breeze on Saturday at Falcon YC. A perfect practice day for the sailing team. But then rain and 20-25 knots on Sunday morning and the wind continued to build. A storm hit Falcon around 11:30 and forced the sailors off the lake. Everyone was off the water by 11:45 and had to pack it in for the day. Thanks to the coaches, the Falcon YC and to Jona Green for feeding the team.
